The house is arrayed over three floors with the main living area in the middle floor. This is home to a spacious living room, with expanses of windows on three sides allowing in ample light and views across the valley floor to the lush hills beyond. There is a convenient powder room plus a storage room at the rear.

The dining room is through an archway to one side and this is furnished with a large circular table and six high-backed chairs. There is a large serving hatch through to the adjacent kitchen, for added convenience.

The kitchen is of Western-style and full-fitted with lots of cupboards and cabinets. There is an integrated oven and microwave, plus a five-ring gas hob with extractor hood above, a dishwasher and a cabinet-style fridge/freezer.

A central island supplies additional preparation space and doubles as a breakfast bar for informal dining.

Across a covered hallway from the living room is a TV/family room which is furnished with two comfortable sofas positioned to face a large, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV with surround sound system.

To the side of this room are two guest bedrooms. The room is large with a large sliding glass door to one end giving access to a private balcony and views across the valley. The other guest room with a twin beds joining the ensuite is very big, with a walk-through wardrobe section housing twin wash basins to either side of the entrance to the bathroom proper. This has a central bath with a cubicle at either end housing the w/c and a walk-in shower.

The corridor on this level is wide and partly covered giving additional living space whatever the weather. There is a L shape sofa at the far end which benefits greatly from the cooling breezes enjoyed in this area.

Within the living room the turned wooden staircase rises to the two principal bedrooms. A wide hallway divides the bedrooms which are of similar proportion and facilities. Each has a private balcony, a large bedroom section with a vaulted ceiling for added air circulation and a seating area. The ensuite bathrooms are well-appointed with a bath and a walk-in shower as well as twin wash basins.

The lower floor is home to the large swimming pool and seated Jacuzzi. The sixth bedroom is set above and to the side of the bar and is spacious, with a king-size bed and an ensuite.

A fully equipped gym is conveniently situated opposite the swimming pool, allowing you to stay active while enjoying poolside views.

Externally the entrance to the villa is via a gate,and there is covered parking for two cars with an open area for two further vehicles.
